We moved to Oakville on October 1st, 2007. After living in Mississauga for 13 years, I thought it would be best to shop for an air conditioner before year-end, in order to take advantage of any government rebates and to avoid price increases from the manufacturers.

After obtaining two other quotes, I decided to give your company a try, and I’m very glad I did. Brian gave my wife and I good advice, as well as a great deal on our final selection, a 13 SEER Carrier unit that, although quite expensive for our budget, fitted perfectly on the wall of our new townhouse. Brian assured us that there would still be ample room to get around the unit, as we have only a four-foot passageway between us and the next-door neighbor.

The installers, Bob and his son Anthony, could not have been more professional. They showed their expertise in the placement of the unit on the wall, as well as hiding the piping between duct work on the basement ceiling. In fact, I was so pleased with the final result, that I actually gave Bob a “hug”. He admitted that it was his first huge from a customer!

All in all, on a rating scale from 1 -> 10, I rate your company a 10 plus. From your sales rep Brian, to the staff on the phones, and of course, your very experienced installers. I’ve asked Brian to send me some business cards, as I’m sure our neighbors would love to do business with a company like Brenmar.
