At Brenmar, we are pleased to offer you complete "preventive maintenance programs'" to help ease the burden of making sure your home comfort system runs efficiently. Spring and Fall maintenance plans are available separately, or as a package.

Standard maintenance on your furnace and air conditioner will ensure proper running conditions. Cleaning and replacing filters, checking blower operation, electrical connections and cleaning condenser coils are just a few simple procedures to keep you and your home comfort system happy.
